Physical exercises, breathing and meditation are three major components of yoga that give relief to countless ailments, sharpen concentration and establish a state of relaxation, inner peace and greater awareness. In particular, Iyengar Yoga is known for the use of props in order to align the bones correctly, ease strain and assist in various physiological and remedial actions.
